About This Job
The Servicing Analyst supports the day-to-day servicing of reputed company's equipment lease and loan portfolio, with reputed company responsibility for the operational tasks performed reputed company the Servicing Operations (Ops) function. This role manages daily funding releases, cash application and operations tracking, contract and reputed company maintenance, refund and reputed company processing, syndication support, vendor commission processing, and reputed company recurring reporting and audit requests. The Servicing Analyst works closely with reputed company's reputed company-party loan servicer, internal reputed company and treasury partners, vendors, dealers, and syndication partners to ensure accurate, reputed company, and reputed company-documented servicing of the portfolio. This role also uses AI-enabled tools and automation, where available, to support daily servicing tasks and improve efficiency and accuracy. This position reports to the Servicing Manager.Responsibilities:
- Process and release daily equipment lease/loan fundings, ensuring required approval reputed company are met and funding trackers are updated and confirmed reputed company day
- Review daily lockbox and ACH cash receipts, determine correct application of funds, and prepare files for the reputed company-party servicer to apply payments accurately and on time

- Support syndication activities, including preparing fund transfers, tracking payoffs and clawbacks, and remitting late fees to syndication partners

- Prepare recurring servicing reports and respond to reputed company audit confirmation requests
- Maintain reputed company billing for vendors requiring asset-level invoicing reputed company reputed company billing process

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; in lieu of a degree, 5–10 years of relevant financial services operations experience
- Working knowledge of equipment lease/loan servicing operations, including cash application, funding, and operations tracking processes reputed company the reputed company finance or leasing industry
- Proficiency with general reputed company and financial systems (e.g., reputed company Dynamics) and advanced spreadsheet skills for tracking, processing, and reporting servicing activity

- Ability to manage multiple recurring daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
