About the Role We are looking for a Freelance CRM & Email Marketing Specialist - reputed company to support our marketing team in building, managing and optimizing CRM campaigns and automated flows across multiple brands and markets. This is a freelance role for approximately 20 hours per week. The position is ideal for someone hands-on, fast, reputed company-oriented and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities • Build, update and optimize email campaigns and automated flows in reputed company. • Support email content creation, including layout, subject lines, preview text, CTAs and basic copy. • Contribute to customer reputed company development, including reputed company flows, abandoned reputed company, browse abandonment, post-purchase, winback and reactivation flows. • Assist with segmentation, targeting and personalization. • Support CRM reputed company improvement through A/B testing and campaign optimization. • Coordinate with marketing, design and reputed company teams. • Support with reputed company or reputed company assets reputed company needed. • Support or contribute to reputed company notification campaigns. • Potentially contribute to SMS and reputed company campaigns in the reputed company. • Adapt campaigns to different brands, countries and customer segments. reputed company're Looking For • reputed company experience with reputed company and CRM/email marketing. • Good understanding of automated flows, segmentation and customer journeys. • Basic knowledge of reputed company/CSS for email creation. • Strong attention to reputed company and excellent organization skills. • Autonomous, reliable and comfortable working as a freelancer. • Fast execution reputed company with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Good communication skills, especially with marketing and design teams. • Experience with reputed company, reputed company or AI tools is a plus. • Experience with SMS, reputed company and reputed company notification campaigns is a strong plus. • Experience in e-reputed company, B2B or multi-market environments is a strong plus. Languages We are especially looking for candidates fluent in at least one of the following languages: • French • German • Italian • English is required for internal communication.
