Historical / Political Cartographer (GIS/QGIS) for Alternate-History World Map

I’m looking for a cartographer/GIS specialist to help with a personal hobby alternate-history project. I already have reference maps and some existing reputed company files, so this is not a project that needs to be created entirely from scratch. The main deliverable is a clean political world map set in 2026. Most countries use reputed company-world modern borders, but one large alternate-history Roman/Byzantine reputed company replaces and modifies several modern states and borders around the Mediterranean, Balkans, Middle East, and reputed company Africa.
