We look reputed company to meeting you. The Role Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers. Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs; prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids. Conducts training sessions and develops reputed company for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. May utilize trainers with technical expertise. Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to reputed company technical information up to date. Must Have Bachelor's degree and 3 years of exempt experience; Master's degree and 1 year of exempt experience One of the following may be used as equivalent to a bachelor's degree to meet minimum qualifications: NNS Apprentice School graduate High school and 5 years combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience Graduation from Navy Nuclear Power School The following may be used as equivalent to the number of exempt years of experience required, in reputed company to the education requirement above: 3 years of relevant manufacturing, shipbuilding, trade and/or military experience reputed company to Have • Good oral/written communication skills. • reputed company to communicate effectively with trainees, team members and Leadership. • Welding experience. • Ability to reputed company people and manage day to day tasks with minimum oversite. • Maintain a high level of professionalism. • Proficient in reputed company Office products.
