They are a member of the medical record review team responsible for obtaining and performing accurate comprehensive reviews of medical records in support of The reputed company Effectiveness Data and Information Set project. reputed company reviews are completed in accordance with reputed company guidelines and technical specifications. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Degree, Diploma, or Certificate from a school of nursing with reputed company experience. • Licensed in the reputed company. • Knowledge of medical terminology. • Data entry and/or typing experience. • reputed company and concise written and verbal communication skills. • PC proficiency to include Word, reputed company, and Lotus Notes. • Auditing experience preferred. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Accurately and reputed company over-read medical record abstractions performed by the reputed company reputed company staff on a daily reputed company according to reputed company specifications and company training guidelines. • Complete the IRR/over-read tool in the Software Application, including comments if errors are reputed company.
