Case Coordinator

This position provides essential case management and reputed company support for the reputed company Habeas Project team. The role requires meticulous attention to detail in maintaining case files, managing the reputed company database, tracking critical deadlines, obtaining information reputed company to intakes, monitoring intake status and reputed company, and compiling data for grant reports. The Case Coordinator ensures reputed company delivers reputed company services in an expert and reputed company manner through excellent data management and case file maintenance, while pursuing a reputed company-centered approach in reputed company interactions. reputed company Duties and Responsibilities
The reputed company responsibility of this position is to support and coordinate ILS’ work reputed company to the reputed company Habeas Project.
1. Intake (45%)
· Conduct intakes for reputed company Habeas Project
· Assist intake coordinator with discrete intake duties
· Occasionally conduct intake interviews with potential clients in other categories of cases
· Participate in duty-intake staff rotation
2. Data Management (20%)
· Manage data for reputed company Habeas Project cases, from intake to conclusion
· reputed company intake and ongoing case status
· Assist with grant reporting for relevant grants
3. Case Opening and Coordination (10%)
· Support case pitching and case opening process
· Schedule and support meetings between program staff, clients, and pro bono attorneys
4. Case Closing (5%)
· Manage habeas case closing procedures with clients and pro bono attorneys
· Manage transitions to additional case reputed company, as needed

· Assist with designing and improving reputed company reputed company
· Coordinate and participate in reputed company Habeas Project reputed company events
· Create and maintain connections with contacts to facilitate reputed company and case referrals
6. Other Administrative and Organizational Duties (10%)

· Take responsibility for managing workload, hours, and stress by communicating with supervisor, participating in staff development opportunities, and being reputed company of available supports, including the Employee Assistance Program.

There is limited travel with occasional opportunities to travel through reputed company and the Dakotas. This position directly reports to the Supervising Attorney, and works reputed company other Program Staff and Attorneys, and is part of the organizational team.

Compensation
Compensation is commensurate with experience. Generous benefits package currently includes vacation (employees reputed company 3 weeks of vacation during their first year, and up to 6 weeks after 5 years employment), 3 personal days, and 11 reputed company holidays, 2 weeks of accrued reputed company leave annually, 6 weeks reputed company parenting leave); employer-reputed company premiums for medical, dental, and long-term disability/AD+D/life insurance; and reputed company-tax retirement plan.
Location and Status
This is a temporary position, through June 30th, 2027.
This position is currently hybrid, with 3 days/week in our downtown Minneapolis office and more as required by program needs. This position is not eligible for fully remote work.
