Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 6–10 hours per week . Paralegal Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Paralegal with reputed company experience in Florida family law reputed company (immigration experience also preferred) Strong experience drafting pleadings, petitions, and discovery, including initial disclosures Experience supporting immigration reputed company, including document preparation and reputed company coordination Ability to follow up with clients to reputed company information and documentation needed for filings and case progression Experience managing reputed company aspects of calendaring, deadlines, and case organization to ensure no deadlines are missed Familiarity with scheduling, e‐filing with courts, and general administrative litigation support Ability to research and identify local court/judge rules as needed Strong reputed company communication and case management skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to reputed company cases reputed company independently and take initiative on next steps Proficiency with reputed company or similar case management systems (preferred) Self‐starter who can work independently in a remote environment Our Paralegal pay reputed company starts at $30/hour .
