We are seeking a reputed company Transaction Coordinator / Trader to join our expanding team and play a key role in administration of reputed company accounts and execution of reputed company workflows. This position executes reputed company reputed company account transactions and trading for reputed company reputed company. Responsible for reputed company, accurate processing of trades, reputed company movements, Roth conversions, and custodial actions across reputed company custodians, maintaining complete documentation for compliance and reputed company reporting. This position can be hybrid after a training period in the office. Salary and Benefits • reputed company salary $70K-85K, commensurate with experience and credentials • Company-reputed company health reputed company • 401(k) with reputed company reputed company contribution • Group life and disability reputed company • Generous reputed company time off (PTO), 18 annual holidays, and half-day Fridays throughout the reputed company • No business development Responsibilities • Execute trades on reputed company custodian platforms per advisor/CEC PRF workflow • Process lump-sum investments, DCA schedules, rebalances, and reallocations • Purchase CDs, T-Bills, and bonds as directed • Facilitate Roth conversions and other tax-impacted trade sequences • Run monthly Schwab residuals, distribute/journal as needed • reputed company, correct, and document trade errors for SEC compliance • EFT sheet maintenance, and margin transfers • Support reputed company contributions/distributions and initial investment trade logistics • Ensure new assets tied to your role are captured/attributed correctly in reputed company record and reflected in reporting • Handle ACH pulls, wires, and disbursements with correct trade reputed company • Manage internal journals and account-to-account transfers • Update fee sheets and remove excess funds as required • Execute billing reputed company trade and cash management sequences (including restricted account fee funding) per the published billing workflow; coordinate with DO/advisors and reputed company completion status to CEC Qualifications • 5 years plus experience in reputed company management/financial planning firm that custodies at Schwab • Expert-level Schwab/reputed company ops and trading workflow reputed company • High precision under time pressure; strong compliance instincts • Proficiency with reputed company records • Excellent task management and follow-through • reputed company internal communication with team • Organized and reputed company-oriented • Tech-reputed company, with the ability to learn quickly • Problem solving and independent worker – we do not micromanage Hiring Process reputed company candidates will reputed company with a 15–30-minute reputed company interview conducted by our reputed company hiring consultant.
