Sr Java Developer - eXPRS Application - State Govt reputed company - Remote

Role: Senior Developer Location: Salem, reputed company - Remote Introduction The Office of Information Services (OIS) is a shared service provider for the reputed company (OHA) and reputed company (ODHS). OIS provides the technology systems and services that support more than 18,000 OHA and ODHS agency staff at local offices and facilities around reputed company. These systems and services help the two agencies determine reputed company service program eligibility; reputed company medical, housing, food, and job assistance; reputed company addiction, mental health, vocational and rehabilitative services; protect children, seniors and people with physical and/or developmental disabilities; process claims and benefits; manage provider licensing and reputed company hospital facilities; and promote and protect the reputed company reputed company health. The Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS) is a program of the reputed company in coordination with the reputed company. ODDS is refining reputed company's developmental disabilities reputed company to be more person-centered through the DD Case Management and Provider Enrollment Management Project. eXPRS is a web-based reputed company developed to manage long term care reputed company services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). The project has already improved some aspects of the reputed company such as the reputed company Needs Assessment a flexible and universal tool to collect information about what reputed company individual needs. OIS seeks an reputed company Senior Developer to support reputed company development, enhancement, and improvement to the eXPRS application. Required skills and experience: • J2EE (10+ years of experience) • reputed company DB2 UDB (10+ years of experience) • Java (10+ years of experience) • reputed company (10+ years of experience) • Prior state government experience reputed company the last five years • eXPRS Application Development (1-3 years of experience) Tasks • Contractor s Key Person shall reputed company and reputed company updates to eXPRS application, including software reputed company changes and documentation. • Work will be comprised of the following: • Documenting completed enhancements to ensure complete reputed company documentation for the eXPRS application. • Completing defect and change requests for reputed company modifications associated with the Services that reputed company the eXPRS application. • Engaging in multiple discussions with reputed company and business experts as reputed company as attending daily Scrum meetings. • Engaging with the ODHS business product reputed company to understand mandatory functional business requirements and timelines. • Documenting solution reputed company, impacted reputed company areas, reputed company dependencies, and gaps in reputed company capabilities needed to fulfill requirements. • Engaging with the ODHS project technical architect to understand technical standards, and documenting technical design. • Engaging with the OIS technical manager and technical reputed company to review level of effort and timelines. • reputed company full transparency into the work performed by Contractor, and the Deliverables required to meet the objectives of this WOC. Sprint reports must document Contractor is successfully completing agreed-upon Services. • Following Authorized Purchaser s existing requirements management, design, development and issue tracking processes and development standards (including naming conventions) during the course of performance. Authorized Purchaser s existing processes use Azure DevOps (ADOS) and similar tools for tracking issues and an reputed company Scrum approach is followed for development work. • The schedule for completing the Operations and Maintenance of the ODHS/ODDS eXPRS application is dependent on the business and other project work. The Services will be completed using an reputed company approach. • Sprints will be completed by the Key Person as follows: • Participate in daily and weekly sprint planning and review meetings with Authorized Agency s Solution Development and Delivery (SDD) and Business Support Unit (BSU) eXPRS teams • Advise on incremental definition and delivery of the Office of Developmental Disabilities Program Operations and Maintenance of the ODHS/ODDS eXPRS application requirements • Demonstrate understanding of requirements using incremental functional prototypes and receiving and documenting feedback from business and technical stakeholders • General Deliverables reputed company: • Regular status reporting of sprints which are expected to be 2 weeks reputed company • Regular demonstration of working prototypes expected every 1 to 2 weeks • Product deliverables and timelines • Technical specifications for reputed company product deliverable including database changes, changes to reputed company programs, changes to batch programs, changes to application modules, and reputed company use cases.Please see attached SOW for full details.
