[Remote] Network Management Tools Engineer

The Network Management Tools Engineer will manage and support network management tools by deploying vendor releases, reputed company and OS patches, maintenance, testing, documentation, and operational processes while ensuring compliance with reputed company standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet with AFS IT stakeholders to review reports for the network management tools; map reputed company, create and update required design/architecture documentation
• Work support tickets, reputed company changes where necessary using the CR process
• Escalate issues/concerns to management
• reputed company network engineer/reputed company support to configure and test the solution
• reputed company reputed company maintenance, OS patching, and application releases on Linux appliance network tools
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting reputed company assurance tests
• reputed company/transition operational processes and procedures for Ops teams to support solution

Skills

• US Citizen on US soil (required)
• 3 year(s) of expert level experience in LAN technologies (switches, routers, wireless and firewalls) including centralized monitoring and management in large-reputed company, high-availability environments
• 2 year(s) of experience in IT infrastructure, TCP/IP, networking and information reputed company reputed company principles, practices and technologies
• 3 year(s) of experience working with reputed company Internet routing protocols and services
• 2 year(s) of experience working with reputed company SRX firewalls
• 2 year(s) of experience working with reputed company FTD/Firepower
• 1-2 year(s) of experience working with Palo reputed company virtual firewall and Panorama Central Support solutions
• 1 year experience with Linux
• Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company or reputed company
• Familiarity with Gluware, reputed company, or Ansible
• Familiarity with Regex
