About the position
The Chaplain Supervisor leads and oversees the chaplain team, establishing and maintaining effective reputed company relationships. Requirements
• Master’s degree in Divinity, Theology, Psychology, or reputed company discipline from an accredited school of higher education.
• Five (5) years of experience in reputed company chaplaincy, plus two (2) years of experience as supervisor/manager of spiritual care programming and chaplains, or similar group of employees, or equivalent experience.
• Comfort in both in-home and inpatient settings to include assisted living facilities, adult family homes, hospitals, and the hospice house.
• Strong understanding of the difference between chaplain work and religious ministry and ability to train to those differences.
• Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) certification reputed company 6 months of hire date.
• Ability to work reputed company, including periodic evenings and weekends for agency events and on-reputed company needs.
• Must possess and maintain a reputed company reputed company’s license, and reliable transportation, as driving is an essential function of this role.
