Data Entry Specialist
Carter Psychology Center is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support administrative and clinical operations by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in internal systems. The position will involve processing records, verifying information, organizing documentation, and assisting administrative teams with maintaining accurate and accessible data.
This position may support a remote work arrangement depending on business requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally while working with patient records and administrative data.
Key Responsibilities

• Identify missing, duplicate, or inconsistent information and coordinate corrections.

Requirements
