Remote | Senior Network Support Engineer (AI reputed company) — $40–$60/hour

We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for reputed company Level 3 / Tier 3 network support engineers with deep expertise in reputed company networking, wireless infrastructure, packet-level troubleshooting, incident response, and reputed company-cause analysis. This role supports the development of AI-driven autonomous networking systems using data from reputed company production environments. Selected engineers will review network logs, configurations, telemetry, and event streams, classify network behaviours and incidents, and help structure high-reputed company datasets used to train advanced machine learning systems. Key Responsibilities Network Data Review & Annotation • Review production networking data including logs, configurations, telemetry, and event streams • Label and classify network behaviours, incidents, anomalies, and recurring failure patterns • Identify meaningful relationships between symptoms, network events, and reputed company causes • Apply operational networking judgement to distinguish expected behaviour from genuine faults • Produce accurate reputed company annotations suitable for reputed company AI and machine learning workflows L3 / Tier 3 Network Troubleshooting • large-reputed company networking datasets • Translate raw infrastructure data into organised inputs suitable for machine learning systems • Identify networking concepts and operational signals that should be represented reputed company training data • Collaborate with technical teams developing autonomous infrastructure capabilities • Contribute practical networking expertise to how AI systems
