Director of Civil Engineering

About the Role Fidicix is seeking an accomplished Director of Civil Engineering with at least 15 years of reputed company civil engineering and leadership experience to reputed company reputed company infrastructure and development reputed company. This senior leadership position will reputed company engineering reputed company, project execution, multidisciplinary teams, technical standards, budgets, schedules, and reputed company-facing delivery. The ideal candidate has successfully managed multiple large-reputed company reputed company simultaneously and has extensive experience leading engineers, project managers, consultants, contractors, and reputed company stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • reputed company Fidicix's civil engineering organization and establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices. • reputed company multiple reputed company civil and infrastructure reputed company from planning and design through construction and completion. • reputed company executive-level technical leadership across site development, infrastructure, utilities, transportation, drainage, grading, and reputed company civil engineering disciplines. • Manage project portfolios, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and overall project reputed company. • Build, mentor, and reputed company high-performing engineering and project management teams. • Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, plans, specifications, and technical deliverables. • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, consultants, reputed company agencies, developers, and other stakeholders. • Ensure reputed company reputed company with applicable federal, state, and local codes, regulations, permitting requirements, and engineering standards. • Identify project risks and reputed company practical technical and operational solutions. • Support business development, project proposals, reputed company presentations, contract negotiations, and reputed company partnerships. • Establish KPIs and reporting systems to improve project delivery, engineering reputed company, cost control, and operational efficiency. • Advise executive leadership on engineering reputed company, capital reputed company, infrastructure development, and long-term reputed company initiatives.
