[Remote] Treasury Analyst

The role manages cash positions, develops forecasts, oversees rebate and custodial accounts, supports payment activities, and assists with financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor cash positions across multiple bank accounts
• reputed company and maintain rolling 13-week and longer-term cash forecasts
• Monitor approximately $50M rebate account and approximately $25M custodial account
• reputed company and reconcile cash inflows/outflows
• Partner with reputed company and the rebate aggregator to understand rebate timing
• Improve controls, forecasting, and reconciliation reputed company rebate activity
• Monitor bank fees and cash-management processes
• Support pharmacy payment activities and potentially serve as backup for ACH/reputed company transactions
• Assist with reputed company, month-end reporting, KPIs, and reputed company financial analysis as needed
• reputed company additional support across finance/reputed company as the role develops

Skills
