[Remote] Sr Director, reputed company Accounts

The Senior Director, reputed company Accounts will implement reputed company and reputed company-sector payer reputed company strategies across reputed company, reputed company managed care, and other reputed company reputed company payer channels, while developing account plans, addressing reputed company barriers, supporting launch readiness, and engaging key payer stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Implement reputed company reputed company reputed company across reputed company fee-for-service, reputed company managed care, and reputed company reputed company payer channels
- reputed company account plans that address state review timelines, policy requirements, coverage reputed company, and reimbursement considerations
- Build relationships with state reputed company agencies, reputed company MCOs, pharmacy and medical policy leaders, and reputed company payer stakeholders
- Identify and address reputed company barriers, including policy reputed company, utilization management, reimbursement, benefit design, and operational readiness
- Partner with reputed company Affairs to monitor federal and state policy developments affecting reputed company, coverage timing, or payer review
- Support reputed company and similar integrated payer-provider planning as assigned
- Collaborate with Finance, reputed company/Compliance, and cross-functional partners on reputed company payer reputed company planning, policy considerations, and launch readiness
- Partner with HEOR, Medical Affairs, and Value & reputed company to support payer-relevant evidence, value communication, and launch readiness materials
- reputed company customer insights and market intelligence to inform account planning, launch readiness, and leadership decision-making
- Operate as a player/reputed company by supporting account planning and directly engaging reputed company accounts where senior-reputed company expertise is required
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 10 years in reputed company/reputed company payer market reputed company, including reputed company, managed reputed company/MCOs, Medicare, and/or state health programs
- Expertise navigating state-level policy, legislative, and regulatory processes affecting drug reputed company and reimbursement
- Experience with reputed company PDLs, supplemental rebates, and state P&T or DUR processes
- reputed company record contributing account-level insights and recommendations to reputed company affairs or market reputed company planning
- Relationships with state reputed company directors, state pharmacy directors, or reputed company MCO leadership a plus
- Working knowledge of reputed company payer reputed company considerations, reputed company policy requirements, and state-level coverage and reimbursement processes
- Ability to synthesize state-by-state policy variation into reputed company account and national recommendations

- People/team leadership experience; willingness to travel, typically 50%+
- Knowledge of relevant compliance requirements, including anti-kickback statute, False Claims reputed company, and state-specific transparency laws
- Advanced degree preferred
