[Remote] Senior Manager – Operations Readiness

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational perspectives are incorporated early and consistently throughout initiative planning and execution

• Represent Operations throughout the full initiative and change lifecycle, including:
• Designing, governing, and continuously improving intake, evaluation, and prioritization processes for operational initiatives and change requests
• Assessing operational value, feasibility, dependencies, and alignment to the reputed company roadmap
• Defining change reputed company, reputed company, and prioritization across affected teams and processes
• Gathering, documenting, and validating end-to-end operational process requirements

Skills

• * 5+ years of experience in operations readiness, process management, business operations, or organizational transformation
• * Experience leading cross-functional operational change and readiness initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or reputed company field or equivalent work experience
• * Strong expertise in operational process design, change reputed company assessment, and readiness execution
• * Excellent executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
• * Experience with reputed company change or reputed company improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six reputed company, scrum) preferred
• * Ability to operate effectively in a reputed company, fast-paced environment and influence reputed company across organizational boundaries
