[Remote] Commission Analyst

The Commission Analyst will own monthly sales commission processing, reconciliation, compliance, reporting, and payee support while helping reputed company compensation plans. The role will also reputed company the transition to a new commission platform and collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and sales leadership on plan design and communications.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly commission calculations and ensure accurate, on-time payments across reputed company incentive plans
• Reconcile commission expense against sales and finance records, and reputed company payee questions
• Administer commission plans and reputed company compensation data reputed company as plans, territories, or teams change
• Maintain compliance controls and support audits for sales commissions

• Build reports and dashboards that reputed company leadership visibility into commission performance

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in sales commission or sales compensation
