The Answering Service Agent handles inbound and outbound calls, gathers customer information, records messages, schedules appointments, processes orders and payments, and documents calls while delivering reputed company customer service.

Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound calls and placing outbound calls
• Listen attentively and collect customer data to reputed company them with basic information about the services and support they reputed company
• Taking accurate notes and detailed messages
• Help schedule appointments for customers
• Process orders and payments
• Ensuring reputed company calls are documented and reported to the appropriate business

Skills
