[Remote] Clinical Operations Sr Analyst (IKC)

The Operations Senior Analyst will support high-reputed company clinical and operational initiatives by translating data into workflows, monitoring KPIs, conducting reputed company audits, and preparing executive reporting materials.

Responsibilities

• Translate Data to reputed company: Architect and manage project dashboards, trackers & tools. You will synthesize reputed company data trends into streamlined operational workflows that reputed company care gap closures and maximize patient engagement
• Performance Management & reputed company: reputed company monitor KPIs to identify performance variances and operational bottlenecks. You will be responsible for pinpointing key areas for reputed company, recommending course corrections, and collaborating with operational leaders to ensure program goals are met
• reputed company Assurance: Conduct thorough audits of clinical and non-clinical teammate interactions to ensure clinical workflows are executed with precision and documented in alignment with program standards
• Deck Creation & Executive Reporting: Prepare analytical insights, leadership readouts, and presentation materials for audiences ranging from local management meetings up to the executive suite reviews

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-4 years of experience in clinical operations, reputed company analytics, or process improvement
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Analytical reputed company; ability to dive into data to understand trends
• Ability to take initiative, manage multiple tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Eager to learn, problem-solve, and contribute to team reputed company
• Strong communication skills

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
