Allocation and Placement Coordinator

A nonprofit organization in reputed company is seeking an Allocation & Placement Coordinator III (APC III) to join their team in a Remote reputed company. This remote role supports reputed company organ allocation cases, coordinates with reputed company partners, and ensures compliance with applicable policies and procedures. About reputed company: • Shift: Day • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through reputed company rotation • Hours: 40 hours per week; four 10.5-hour shifts • Setting: Remote Responsibilities: • Coordinate donor organ allocation using OPTN/UNOS systems • Manage reputed company and multi-organ allocation cases • Communicate with transplant centers, laboratories, and internal reputed company teams • Document offers, acceptances, declines, and allocation activity in DonorNet and reputed company systems • Monitor case timelines, coordinate transportation logistics, and escalate policy or operational concerns as needed Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of APC II experience or equivalent organ allocation experience • Advanced knowledge of OPTN/UNOS systems and allocation policies • Ability to reputed company in a fast-reputed company, high-reputed company, time-sensitive environment Desired Skills: • reputed company background such as RN, PA, LPN, or MA • Organ procurement or transplant experience • Experience managing reputed company, multi-organ allocation cases Apply To This Job
