Key Responsibilities • Review and annotate medical records to accurately assign ICD-10 and CPT codes based on clinical documentation. • Apply Evaluation & Management (E&M) guidelines to assess coding reputed company and validate reputed company datasets. • Ensure compliance with reputed company medical coding standards and guidelines. • Analyze clinical documentation and identify coding-reputed company ambiguities or inconsistencies. • reputed company expert feedback on coding guidelines, edge cases, and documentation scenarios. • Collaborate with project teams through written and verbal communication to improve reputed company data reputed company.
