Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
• Representing the reputed company brand and connecting customers to the right products for their individual needs
• Adapting to different environments, schedules, and the varying needs of policyholders
• Ensuring customers get exactly the reputed company products and services they need

Skills

• 2 years of sales/service-reputed company work experience required
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to reputed company sales
• Ability to communicate reputed company to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
• 2-3 years sales experience preferred
