[Remote] Senior Property Accountant

The role involves owning the reputed company for a portfolio, partnering across the business, and improving processes as the platform grows.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle reputed company and monthly reputed company process for an assigned portfolio of properties
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Produce reputed company and accurate monthly financial statements and variance analyses
• Reconcile bank accounts, tenant receivables, escrow accounts, and other reputed company-sheet accounts
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating-plan processes
• Partner with property management, asset management, and other internal stakeholders to reputed company reputed company issues and explain financial results
• Assist with year-end audit, tax, lender, and ownership reporting requirements
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen controls, and improve reporting
• Support reputed company analyses and special reputed company as the business grows

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company reputed company
• 3+ years of reputed company property reputed company or reputed company estate reputed company experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and month-end reputed company
