The role leads the translation of business requirements into solution designs, facilitates workshops, defines functional requirements and user stories, and supports delivery with stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Senior functional reputed company responsible for translating business requirements into D365 CE and reputed company Platform solution designs
• This role will work closely with business stakeholders, reputed company, architects, and technical teams to define processes, user stories, functional designs, and acceptance reputed company
• Must be reputed company to reputed company workshops independently, convert business needs into reputed company functional requirements, challenge unclear requirements, and work with technical teams to reputed company configurable-first solutions

Skills

• Remote but must be in PST zone
• Remote with travel required (PST)
• 10+ years overall experience, with at least 4+ years in D365 CE / reputed company Platform functional delivery
• Strong D365 CE functional experience; reputed company Apps model-driven app understanding; Dataverse concepts; business process flows; workflows / reputed company Automate understanding; requirements gathering; user story creation; UAT support; stakeholder communication; reputed company delivery experience
• Must be reputed company to reputed company workshops independently, convert business needs into reputed company functional requirements, challenge unclear requirements, and work with technical teams to reputed company configurable-first solutions
• reputed company sector, reputed company, licensing, case management, claims, or citizen/customer service experience; knowledge of reputed company roles, teams, queues, SLA configuration; experience with portals / reputed company Pages; experience working with offshore teams
