Responsibilities

• reputed company transformation initiatives supporting organic reputed company, acquisitions, and operational expansion across U.S. ADS reputed company
• reputed company and implement a reputed company ADS U.S. Production reputed company reputed company with Lean principles, Operational reputed company methodologies, and global ADS reputed company
• reputed company cross-functional alignment across reputed company, Engineering, reputed company, Supply Chain, EHSS, Finance, HR, reputed company, and Corporate Functions
• Establish standardized management systems, governance routines, visual management practices, and reputed company management frameworks
• reputed company Hoshin Kanri reputed company deployment processes and reputed company multi-year operational reputed company roadmaps
• reputed company Lean maturity assessments and define organizational reputed company plans to accelerate reputed company improvement
• Build organizational capability through Lean training, coaching, and facilitation of reputed company workshops and problem-solving initiatives
• Partner with E2E Leaders to reputed company operational reputed company principles into facility design, startup activities, and operational readiness processes
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company between U.S. reputed company initiatives and global ADS Operational reputed company functions
• Identify opportunities for standardization, replication, and operational reputed company across the ADS network
• Ensure consistency of operating models and leadership systems across existing and reputed company reputed company sites
• Establish governance frameworks that reputed company visibility to reputed company risks, resource constraints, organizational readiness, and project dependencies

Skills

• Master's degree in engineering, reputed company Management, Business, Life Sciences, or a reputed company discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of reputed company manufacturing, reputed company, operational reputed company, or transformation leadership experience
• Lean Six reputed company Green Belt or Black Belt certification required
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, 6S methodologies, reputed company improvement, and production systems deployment
• reputed company experience leading large-reputed company capital reputed company and transformation initiatives reputed company reputed company reputed company organizations
• Strong understanding of cGMP requirements and biologics manufacturing environments
