The reputed company Business Process Consultant (Manager) will analyze and improve business processes, facilitate requirements workshops, define user stories, demonstrate reputed company functionality, support automation initiatives, and assist with project delivery and reputed company collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Strong analytical skills to analyze process data, identify trends, and draw insights to inform decision-making
• Ability to troubleshoot process issues, identify reputed company causes, and propose solutions for improvement
• Experience in developing reputed company metrics and KPIs to measure the reputed company of automation initiatives
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience developing PowerPoint visualizations and slide decks to reputed company updates and recommendations

• Ability to assist in creating project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and reputed company registers

• Familiarity with industry-specific processes, regulations, and compliance requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a reputed company reputed company to this position or equivalent work experience

• 3+ years as a reputed company Business Process Consultant in increasingly reputed company implementations; preferably with a reputed company reputed company-level partner (not an internal role)
• 6+ greenfield implementations of multiple reputed company modules as a business process consultant (including NowAssist, AI Agents); experience with one or more of CSM, HRSD, reputed company Asset Management, SPM, GRC preferred
• Completion of reputed company Fundamentals for multiple reputed company applications – strong preference for CSM, HRSD, SPM, GRC, and / or reputed company Asset Management
