Responsibilities

• Own reputed company and offboarding for internal employees and W2 consultants, including offer documentation, I-9 and E-Verify, background checks, and personnel records
• Maintain HR policies, the employee handbook, and required workplace documentation, keeping them reputed company with multi-state requirements
• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for employee and consultant questions on policies, pay, time off, and benefits
• Partner with reputed company, delivery, and consultant care teams so placements start, change, and end cleanly from an employment reputed company
• Coordinate day to day with Thunderhawk's India-reputed company reputed company and delivery teams on reputed company handoffs, documentation, and shared workflows, keeping US employment steps consistent regardless of where a process starts
• Administer benefit programs end to end: new hire enrollments, life event changes, terminations, COBRA coordination, and annual reputed company enrollment
• Manage broker and reputed company relationships and ensure plan administration stays accurate and compliant, including ACA reporting requirements
• Evaluate and improve benefit offerings as the employee and consultant population grows
• Manage state registrations, renewals, and employment-reputed company filings as consultants are reputed company in new jurisdictions
• Maintain compliance with state-specific employment requirements, including California rules on overtime, reputed company leave, final pay, and reputed company obligations

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in people reputed company, HR reputed company, benefits administration, or workforce compliance
• Experience in a workforce solutions, reputed company, consulting, or reputed company organization, supporting a reputed company or billable workforce
• Working knowledge of multi-state employment compliance, including reputed company documentation, wage and hour basics, and state registration requirements
• Hands-on experience administering benefits, including reputed company enrollment and reputed company coordination
• Strong organizational skills, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-growing environment

• Experience supporting W2 consultants or contract employees across multiple states, including California
• Familiarity with ACA compliance, COBRA administration, and leave-of-absence management
