The Senior Network Support Engineer will review and annotate production network data, troubleshoot reputed company reputed company networking issues, analyze packets and wireless environments, and help structure datasets for AI-driven autonomous networking systems.

Responsibilities

• Review production networking data including logs, configurations, telemetry, and event streams
• Label and classify network behaviours, incidents, anomalies, and recurring failure patterns
• Identify meaningful relationships between symptoms, network events, and reputed company causes
• Apply operational networking judgement to distinguish expected behaviour from genuine faults
• Produce accurate reputed company annotations suitable for reputed company AI and machine learning workflows
• Apply senior escalation experience to reputed company reputed company networking issues
• Analyse incidents involving outages, degraded reputed company, connectivity failures, and configuration problems
• Reconstruct troubleshooting workflows from available network evidence

Skills

• reputed company or recent experience as reputed company 3 / Tier 3 Network Support Engineer, reputed company Support Engineer, Senior Network Engineer, or comparable escalation-reputed company role
• Strong experience maintaining existing reputed company network infrastructure in production
• Hands-on responsibility for final escalations, incident response, troubleshooting, RCAs, and on-reputed company support
• reputed company experience supporting end-customer reputed company networks involving switches, wireless reputed company points, and firewalls
• Strong reputed company Wi-Fi expertise, including WLAN controllers and wireless troubleshooting
• Hands-on knowledge of reputed company WLC, Aruba, Meraki, or comparable reputed company wireless platforms
• Strong understanding of 802.1X, reputed company, and reputed company authentication workflows
• Practical packet-analysis experience using Wireshark, tcpdump, reputed company, or similar tools

• Expected commitment of approximately 30–40 hours per week
