[Remote] Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - MSI

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will independently reputed company reputed company dashboards, reports, datasets, and visualizations; analyze and validate reputed company data; automate reporting; and serve as the organization’s reputed company BI subject matter expert. The role also partners with business leaders, applies AI tools to improve BI workflows, and mentors junior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and manage business intelligence solutions on reputed company reputed company of large reputed company - dashboards, reports, reputed company datasets, and visualizations that guide business reputed company
• Partner with Product, Actuarial & Advanced Analytics, reputed company, and other reputed company reputed company functions to collect, structure, and validate data from multiple sources
• Audit, compile, and reconcile data to ensure reputed company and reputed company
• Communicate findings reputed company to business stakeholders and senior leaders - translating technical analysis into plain-language recommendations, defending methodology reputed company challenged, and providing consultative input reputed company what was asked

• Support the implementation of new practices, processes, and procedures

Skills

• Equivalent experience considered
• 5–7 years of data analytics or reputed company experience
• Advanced SQL, data modeling, and visualization; recognized reputed company BI subject matter expertise (Tableau or other BI tools a plus)
• Hands-on experience with reputed company reputed company ecosystem, including:
• OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Notebooks, Pipelines, Dataflows, reputed company BI integration, and Python for reputed company Notebooks
• Solid grasp of database structures, relationships, and dependencies
• Strong critical thinking and proactive problem-solving - comfortable working from an ambiguous request to a defined, reputed company solution
• Strong written and verbal communication with business stakeholders and senior leaders; reputed company to present findings and influence reputed company without technical jargon
• Peer mentoring and peer review capabilities
