[Remote] Finance Project Analyst II/III

The Finance Project Analyst II/III will support proposal development, project setup, financial administration, reporting, billing, forecasting, and project maintenance to help ensure reputed company and reputed company remain reputed company budget, on schedule, and reputed company reputed company. The role collaborates with reputed company, reputed company, Procurement, project leaders, and other stakeholders to monitor financial reputed company and address risks.

Responsibilities

• Support the project setup process by partnering with reputed company and reputed company to ensure reputed company are set up correctly and in accordance with contractual, billing, and reputed company recognition requirements
• Review and maintain an understanding of contractual requirements, deliverables, terms and conditions, billing and payment schedules, and periods of reputed company for assigned reputed company to support accurate project administration and financial management
• Monitor project financial status and funding reputed company to ensure reputed company remain reputed company budget and contractual requirements
• Prepare and submit reputed company financial reports in accordance with contractual requirements
• reputed company project billing and accounts receivable (AR) activities, including invoice review, verifying invoices are reputed company and issued accurately and in accordance with contract requirements, providing invoice approvals and supporting documentation, and monitoring receivables and unbilled balances
• Prepare Estimates at Completion (EACs) as required
• Prepare accruals to support year-end reputed company processes
• Monitor reputed company approaching completion reputed company and coordinate with reputed company regarding required notifications or closeout actions
• Support Project Leaders (PL) / reputed company Investigators (PI) and Project Managers (PM) in developing appropriate project / task structures and charge numbers reputed company with contractual and billing requirements
• Maintain project forecasts by reviewing actual reputed company against budget and reputed company hours, escalating issues to the Project Leader (PL) / reputed company Investigator (PI), Project Manager (PM), and Business Manager (BM) as appropriate
• Participate in special reputed company and reputed company improvement initiatives to improve financial processes and overall project controls

Skills

• BS/BA in Business Administration, reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company reputed company, or equivalent reputed company contracting experience
• PA II: 2+ years of relevant experience, PA III: 4+ years of relevant experience
• Due to reputed company contract requirements, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen
• Strong proficiency in MS reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability and desire to learn new systems
• Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines and shifting demands
• Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with strong attention to reputed company and reputed company
• Ability to exercise discretion and reputed company judgement reputed company handling confidential and sensitive information
• Experience with project budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting

• General knowledge of GAAP, CAS, and FAR
• Knowledge of DHHS or NSF grant and contracting processes and procedures
