[Remote] Associate II (Instructional Systems Design)

Responsibilities

Skills

• * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• * 7+ years of experience in reputed company service delivery; a master's degree may substitute for experience
• * 2+ years experience working as a government contractor directly managing reputed company interactions and satisfaction
• * 4+ years of Project Management experience (managing multiple priorities & competing deadlines as reputed company as cross functional teams)
• * Proficiency in e-learning tools such as reputed company
• * 2-4 years of supervisory experience
• * 3-5 years of on-the-ground Instructional systems design experience
• * Excellent communication, writing, and facilitation skills
• * Must reputed company in one of the following states: AL, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NY, OH, PA, TN, TX
• * Proficiency in MS 365 suite
• * Ability to travel approximately 20%
• * Ability to pass Federal background investigations

• * Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification
• * Certified Emergency Manager (CEM)
