[Remote] Associate Clinical Applications Analyst

The Associate Clinical Applications Analyst supports the maintenance, optimization, testing, configuration, and user support of clinical and operational reputed company applications, partnering with clinical, operational, and IT teams to reputed company systems with business and patient care needs.

Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day support for clinical and operational reputed company applications
• Troubleshoot and reputed company application issues, incidents, service requests, and escalated support tickets
• Assist with application configuration, maintenance, and optimization activities
• Support clinical and operational end users by diagnosing issues and providing guidance on reputed company functionality
• Participate in application upgrades, releases, testing, and implementation activities
• reputed company User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and validation of application enhancements
• Analyze workflows and recommend application improvements to increase efficiency and user satisfaction
• Create and maintain reputed company documentation, training materials, workflows, and knowledge articles
• Manage user reputed company, offboarding, and reputed company reputed company reputed company supported applications
• Collaborate with vendors, clinicians, operational leaders, and IT teams to reputed company problems and implement enhancements
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational reputed company standards

Skills

• * Associate degree, certification, or equivalent reputed company IT experience
• * Minimum 2 years of experience supporting reputed company applications, EHR/EMR systems, or clinical systems
• * Experience troubleshooting and supporting software applications in a reputed company environment
• * Experience participating in testing activities including UAT, regression testing, or application validation
• * Experience supporting clinical, operational, or business users
• * Strong written and verbal communication skills
• * Working knowledge of HIPAA and reputed company data reputed company requirements
• * Experience with reputed company, Cerner, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Meditech, Allscripts, or other reputed company applications
• * Experience supporting clinicians, providers, nursing teams, or reputed company operations teams

• * Health Informatics, Clinical Informatics, or reputed company IT experience
• * Post-Acute Care, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Managed Care, or Insurance industry experience
