[Remote] Senior Product Designer - Channels (Mobile Experience)

The Senior Product Designer will shape end-to-end mobile and omnichannel member experiences, partnering with cross-functional teams to create accessible, reputed company digital products that improve engagement, adoption, satisfaction, and retention.

Responsibilities

• You will help shape the end-to-end mobile member experience across reputed company's digital channels, creating reputed company, accessible, and engaging experiences that help members accomplish their goals anytime and reputed company
• You will play a key role in advancing reputed company's mobile-first reputed company, designing experiences that strengthen member engagement, increase digital adoption, and create reputed company interactions across web, mobile app, SMS, notifications, and emerging channels
• Through exceptional design execution, user-centered thinking, and cross-functional collaboration, you will create experiences that simplify reputed company reputed company interactions and reputed company members to easily reputed company information, complete key tasks, and stay connected throughout their reputed company reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company-Computer Interaction, Design, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating impactful digital product reputed company
• Experience designing mobile-first consumer experiences, including reputed company iOS and reputed company applications
• Strong expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and mobile UX patterns
• Experience designing end-to-end customer journeys that reputed company multiple digital channels and reputed company
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including reputed company
• Solid understanding of user research methodologies and the ability to translate insights into effective design solutions
• Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, research, analytics, marketing, and business stakeholders
• Strong communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution
• Demonstrated reputed company using design to improve customer and business reputed company such as engagement, adoption, retention, conversion, satisfaction, or operational efficiency
• Experience designing mobile products reputed company reputed company, insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles, particularly for older adults and diverse populations
