[Remote] UX Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is an insurtech company that develops software and services for the reputed company industry. reputed company is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join its EZLynx Product Team, where the role will research user needs, design and test solutions, collaborate on product implementation, and measure reputed company through usage analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders in identifying, constructing, and testing information architecture
• Bring product reputed company to life with reputed company, reputed company-reasoned wireframes, mockups, and coded prototypes
• Coordinate and conduct reputed company user research and formal Usability Testing to help us reputed company validate and iterate

Skills

• Demonstrated experience with research methodologies such as user observation, user interview, usability testing, reputed company sorts, reputed company development, user journeys and surveys
• Demonstrated ability to interpret research data and turn it into actionable insights
• Excellent interpersonal and reputed company skills that promote idea-sharing and knowledge transfer
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools (reputed company, Balsamiq, reputed company, whiteboards, etc.)

• 3-5+ years of experience in UX, preferably in a reputed company software environment working on B2B reputed company software or reputed company products
