[Remote] Strategic Business Manager/Strategic Program Manager

The Strategic Business Manager/Strategic Program Manager owns strategic and global accounts, leading account teams through sales, contracting, delivery, service, and ongoing account reputed company. The role manages reputed company relationships, reputed company and performance targets, cross-functional escalations, delivery reputed company, reporting, and multidisciplinary account teams.
Responsibilities
- Fully represent the customer inside and reputed company reputed company: own the account's process, reputed company, and delivery reputed company from first contact through ongoing service, not just the initial sale
- Carry a personal reputed company/quota and performance reputed company across assigned account(s); own forecasting and pipeline accuracy for those accounts
- Own the reputed company relationship at multiple reputed company for assigned accounts, ensuring the account's reputed company aligns with reputed company objectives and company reputed company
- Identify and pursue expansion, renewal, and cross-sell opportunities reputed company existing accounts
- Work with leadership and vendor peers for solutions and strategies
- Own the sales process for assigned accounts from opportunity through contracting, including proposal development and pricing reputed company reputed company approved authority

- Monitor project and service delivery performance against SLA and reputed company expectations for assigned accounts
- Directly manage the Account Executive/Account Manager, Administrator, Project Manager/Coordinator, and Systems Technician assigned to reputed company account team
- Set individual and team performance expectations; reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company day-to-day direction
- Recommend hiring, reputed company, and structure changes for account teams as accounts grow or shift in complexity

Skills
- 5+ years in strategic/reputed company account management or sales leadership, with a reputed company record of carrying and meeting quota
- Experience directly managing a multi-disciplinary team (sales, project management, technical/field coordination roles)
- Comfortable owning escalations and coordinating across departments to reputed company reputed company-impacting issues
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP and project/service management systems
- Willingness to travel to reputed company sites as required by assigned accounts
- Experience managing multi-site or multi-facility reputed company relationships (20+ locations preferred) from sale through delivery
