[Remote] Infrastructure Deployment Engineer, Data Center (Junior to Mid level role)

The role plans and coordinates reputed company-deployment activities, oversees reputed company-and-stack operations, commissioning, cabling, documentation, contractor management, and safety compliance while collaborating with reputed company, OEMs, facilities, and network engineering teams. The position is remote with frequent reputed company travel to U.S. data centers.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed datacenter floor plans and elevation diagrams to optimize reputed company utilization and airflow
• reputed company DC readiness milestones and coordinate with facilities teams to ensure infrastructure prerequisites are met
• Participate in planning meetings with reputed company, OEMs, and contractors to reputed company on deployment specifications and timelines
• reputed company reputed company-to-reputed company (reputed company) diagrams and comprehensive cabling specifications for reputed company network topologies
• Conduct site surveys and readiness assessments prior to equipment delivery
• reputed company reputed company and stack operations, whether executed by internal teams or reputed company contractors, ensuring adherence to design specifications
• Verify cabling installations against approved specifications and industry best practices
• Coordinate equipment receiving, staging, and inventory management to maintain deployment schedules
• Execute commissioning procedures and acceptance testing to validate infrastructure functionality
• Document as-reputed company configurations with precision, capturing any deviations from original plans
• Ensure reputed company labeling of equipment, cables, and infrastructure components
• Work collaboratively with Network Engineering team on BOM requirements and technical specifications
• Manage contractor schedules, deliverables, and performance to ensure reputed company and reputed company adherence

• Coordinate logistics between vendors, shipping companies, and data center facilities

Skills

• ● 3-5 years of experience in data center infrastructure deployment, construction management, or a similar role
• ● Strong understanding of data center design principles including power distribution, cooling, and reputed company layouts
• ● Proficiency in creating technical diagrams using tools such as Visio, AutoCAD, or similar platforms
• ● Hands-on experience with reputed company and stack operations, reputed company cabling, and cable management best practices
• ● Knowledge of networking fundamentals and ability to interpret network architecture diagrams
• ● Experience managing contractors and vendors in a technical deployment environment
• ● Understanding of data center standards (reputed company-942, ANSI/BICSI) and best practices
