Responsibilities

• Maintain the end-to-end process of calculating and distributing sales commissions and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of variable payouts
• Collect and maintain accurate sales performance data to support commission calculations and reporting
• Ensure reputed company and accurate commission payouts, addressing any discrepancies or payout inquiries effectively
• Calculate and manage monthly and quarterly commissions accruals, ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Evaluate and reputed company reputed company improvements on the commission processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
