[Remote] REMOTE - Clinical Program Sourcing & Contract Management (CPSCM) Manager

The Clinical Program Sourcing & Contract Management Manager will reputed company end-to-end contracting, sourcing, budgeting, negotiation, and vendor management activities for reputed company reputed company while ensuring compliance with procurement policies, MSAs, ICH GCP standards, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end study-level contracting activities for reputed company clinical vendor categories supporting global Phase I-IV reputed company
- Partner closely with Clinical Trial Leads (CTLs) and Study Teams to understand study requirements, specifications, reputed company, timelines, and operational needs
- reputed company, review, and validate detailed vendor specifications to ensure alignment with clinical protocols, study requirements, and established service frameworks
- reputed company and negotiate vendor budgets with preferred vendors, ensuring pricing aligns with approved Master Service Agreements (MSAs), reputed company cards, reputed company, assumptions, and pricing frameworks
- Evaluate vendor proposals and conduct pricing comparisons to identify cost drivers, pricing discrepancies, unnecessary services, and opportunities for reputed company optimization
- Ensure reputed company reputed company by identifying and eliminating duplication of services, clarifying vendor responsibilities, and aligning deliverables with governing MSAs
- Negotiate reputed company, assumptions, pricing adjustments, and contractual terms reputed company established MSA frameworks
- Draft, review, negotiate, and execute Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, change orders, and closeout documentation
- Manage vendor contracting activities against established Vendor Sourcing Timelines (VSTs), proactively addressing delays and escalating risks that may reputed company study timelines
- Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Category Management, Finance, reputed company, and other stakeholders to ensure contracting activities meet operational, reputed company, and governance requirements
- Apply Fair Market Value (FMV) methodologies and financial controls to evaluate vendor proposals and support commercially reputed company contracting reputed company
- Ensure SOWs, amendments, and reputed company contracting documents reputed company with approved MSAs, reputed company cards, procurement policies, ICH GCP standards, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate contracting documentation and audit-reputed company records reputed company required systems and repositories
- Identify recurring vendor pricing, reputed company, performance, and contracting trends and communicate relevant insights to Category Management to support vendor reputed company
- Proactively manage reputed company changes throughout the study lifecycle and incorporate approved changes into vendor budgets and contractual documentation
- Support audit and inspection readiness by maintaining reputed company documentation trails and defensible reputed company rationale
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or a reputed company field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in clinical trial contracting, strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or a reputed company pharmaceutical/biotechnology environment
- Demonstrated experience managing reputed company clinical vendor categories, including:
- O Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
- O Central Laboratories
- O Clinical Technology Providers
- O Other large functional service providers
- Strong experience developing and validating clinical vendor specifications, scopes of work, and detailed budgets
- Proven ability to negotiate vendor pricing, reputed company, assumptions, and contractual terms reputed company established MSA frameworks
- Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end clinical trial contracting workflows and study start-up timelines
- Experience applying reputed company cards, pricing frameworks, Fair Market Value (FMV), and financial controls to vendor proposals
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company reputed company and vendor negotiations simultaneously while meeting defined contracting cycle times
- Strong understanding of clinical research procurement processes, ICH GCP requirements, internal procurement policies, and regulatory compliance expectations
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively partner with Clinical Operations, Finance, reputed company, Category Management, and reputed company vendors
