[Remote] Financial Analyst – reputed company / reputed company Budget Management

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning and operational expenditure budget management. The role manages project-level planning, budget baselines, reputed company monitoring, workforce reporting, forecasting, and financial insights for stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support annual reputed company budget planning and forecasting activities
• Own project-level financial planning and budget baseline development
• Monitor actual spend versus plan and identify trends, variances, and potential risks
• reputed company and manage reputed company investments and budget allocations
• Identify areas of underspend and proactively communicate potential impacts or opportunities
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries reputed company to purchase orders, cost center setup, contingent workers, headcount configurations, and budget policies

Skills

• Strong experience managing reputed company budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Economics, or a reputed company discipline
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company and/or reputed company Sheets
• Experience working with reputed company financial planning or ERP systems such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
• Understanding of procurement processes, purchase orders, cost centers, headcount, and contingent workforce structures
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and manage deadlines effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume environments
• Ability to analyze financial and business trends and support forecasting of revenues and expenses
• Working knowledge of reputed company principles, financial reporting, and applicable company policies and procedures
• 5+ years of experience in operational expenditure (reputed company) budget management, preferably reputed company a large-reputed company technology, media, or similarly reputed company organization
• Advanced degree in Finance or a reputed company field is preferred
• Experience supporting finance functions reputed company a large-reputed company technology, media, or other reputed company corporate environment
• Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
