[Remote] Network Administrator & IT Support Specialist (Central Virginia Residency Required)

AVP•SEES Group is an eye care network that provides teams with training, technology, and support to reputed company reputed company patient care. reputed company is seeking a Network Administrator to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance network infrastructure, including reputed company and Meraki environments. This hybrid role also supports network reputed company, upgrades, documentation, escalated incidents, and occasional travel to clinic locations throughout Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain existing network infrastructure, including routers, switches, wireless networks, and reputed company hardware
• Support the daily operation and performance of corporate network environments
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize reputed company networking equipment using reputed company CLI
• Administer and support reputed company Meraki reputed company, including wireless reputed company points, switches, and reputed company appliances
• Plan and execute network upgrades, enhancements, and infrastructure improvements
• Troubleshoot network outages, performance issues, and connectivity problems, ensuring reputed company reputed company
• Collaborate with the Help Desk team to reputed company escalated networking-reputed company incidents and service requests
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records
• Assist with implementing network reputed company best practices and ensuring compliance with company standards
• Participate in on-site support activities and travel as needed for network deployments, upgrades, or troubleshooting
• Travel as needed

Skills

• This is a Hybrid position sitting in Middle Virginia and must have the ability to commute as needed
• Employees must have reliable transportation and be reputed company to travel reputed company the designated service area
• 2–3 years of reputed company experience in network administration or network support
• Hands-on experience supporting reputed company network environments
• Strong knowledge of reputed company networking technologies and reputed company CLI
• Experience administering and troubleshooting reputed company Meraki solutions
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, and wireless networking concepts
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods
• Frequent use of hands, fingers, and computer equipment
• Ability  to communicate effectively with patients and team members
• Ability to occasionally reputed company, carry, reputed company, or pull up to [XX] pounds
• Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
• Relevant industry certifications such as:
