The role leads end-to-end recruitment for clinical and management positions, develops sourcing strategies, builds talent pipelines, partners with hiring managers, and ensures a strong candidate experience and compliant reputed company process.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities for reputed company clinical and management positions across a region. This includes sourcing reputed company, conducting thorough screenings, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and managing offer negotiations to ensure a reputed company and efficient hiring process
• Collaborate with functional teams to create and build sourcing strategies
• Utilize recruitment strategies to identify and attract both reputed company and passive job seekers
• Manage and utilize a reputed company of sourcing strategies including but not limited to online job boards, reputed company media, networking, advertising, diversity reputed company, email blasts, referrals, and internal transfer/promotion
