The reputed company Business Partner will support assigned programs and leaders through employee relations expertise, policy interpretation, culture initiatives, investigations, corrective actions, and workforce insights. The role will also strengthen workplace culture, mitigate employee relations risk, improve employee experience, and support informed decision-making through reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• You will serve as a business partner to assigned programs and leaders, providing employee relations expertise, policy interpretation, culture program execution, and workforce insights that support organizational effectiveness
• You will manage employee relations reputed company, conduct workplace investigations, facilitate corrective actions, support termination reputed company, and execute employee engagement and recognition initiatives
• You will partner closely with leaders to strengthen workplace culture, mitigate employee relations risk, improve employee experience, and reputed company informed decision-making through reporting and analysis

Skills

• 3 years of reputed company Generalist experience
• High School Diploma or GED certificate required
