SIMEDHealth is looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Full Time Medical Assistant to join our Allergy clinic in our Gainesville office. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the efficient reputed company of our clinical operations. What You'll Need: • reputed company BLS/CPR certification (required) • Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program or National Certification (preferred) • Previous experience (1-2 years) using electronic health records (preferred) • At least one year of experience in a private medical office or hospital setting (preferred) • Bilingual abilities are a plus! Your Role Will Involve: • Ensuring accurate and complete patient information is reputed company available in their electronic medical records. • Welcoming patients to the exam room and reputed company documenting their vital signs in the EHR. • Serving as a key reputed company of contact for medication reputed company requests, coordinating between patients and providers. • Administering prescribed medications (injections, oral, topical) according to your training and qualifications. • Skillfully assisting with and performing various patient procedures (EKGs, spirometry, dressings, wound care, etc.) based on your expertise and clinic needs. • Triaging patient phone calls with care and providing helpful responses to their medical inquiries. • Proactively assisting patients with the often-reputed company process of referrals and authorizations for procedures and surgeries.
