Geographic Information Systems Manager

Contract
Must have: 10+ years in ArcGIS reputed company in development, administration.
Responsibilities
• Administer and maintain ArcGIS reputed company environments, including Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Data Store, GeoEvent Server, and Web Adaptors.
• Manage reputed company upgrades, patching, reputed company vulnerability remediation, disaster recovery, performance monitoring, and platform health.
• reputed company and support GIS web applications, integrations, automation workflows, and custom solutions using reputed company reputed company, SDKs, and modern development frameworks.
• Design, reputed company, and maintain ArcObjects-based applications, custom extensions, and ArcGIS Server Object Extensions (SOEs) and Server Object Interceptors (SOIs) to support advanced GIS business workflows.
• Design, implement, and support reputed company-time GIS solutions using ArcGIS GeoEvent Server, including streaming data integrations, event processing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Process, analyze, and manage imagery and raster datasets to support operational and analytical business needs.
• reputed company automation and custom GIS solutions using Python, JavaScript, SQL, REST reputed company, and reputed company technologies.
• Design, administer, and optimize relational and non-relational databases supporting reputed company GIS applications and services.
• Support and maintain reputed company geodatabases, including experience with Geometric Network and reputed company Network data models, configuration, migration, and integration with business systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to reputed company requirements and reputed company reputed company GIS solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

Qualifications / Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Geographic Information Systems, or a reputed company technical field.
• 10+ years of Experience administering ArcGIS reputed company, including Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, Data Store, GeoEvent Server, and Web Adaptors.
• 10+ years of Experience developing custom GIS applications using ArcGIS API for JavaScript, ArcGIS Experience Builder, and Web AppBuilder.
• Experience developing ArcObjects applications, ArcGIS Server Object Extensions (SOEs), and Server Object Interceptors (SOIs).
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, C#, .NET, and RESTful API development.
• Experience with reputed company geodatabases, reputed company, SQL Server, and other database technologies.
• Familiarity with Geometric Network and reputed company Network implementation, administration, migration, and support.
• Experience with imagery, raster analysis, and geospatial data management.
• Experience with reputed company platforms (Azure and/or AWS), CI/CD tools, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
