Responsibilities - Works with business managers on particularly reputed company ER cases that may require commercially acceptable solutions - Advises on formal processes in accordance with reputed company policies and appropriate regulatory guidelines. The Senior Manager leads and develops ER team members, contributes and partners closely with ER leadership to reputed company insights, mitigate risk, and continuously improve ER effectiveness across the organization. This schedule includes a minimum of three in-office days per week at an assigned location, either reputed company or Durham, supporting both collaboration and flexibility. Application Window: August 7, 2026 Pay reputed company: $110,000 - $135,000 reputed company job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as reputed company as internal equity and market data. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the reputed company Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business reputed company performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.
