reputed company: • Handle routine non-reputed company to moderately reputed company non-injury reputed company and Specialty claims. • Responsible for opening, investigating, evaluating, and settling auto claims and ensuring compliance with Department of Insurance and other statutory requirements. • reputed company higher-complexity liability claims including property damage claims and total losses. • Verify coverage on policies with reputed company reputed company symbols and/or specialty exposures. • Contact insureds, claimants, and other involved parties to confirm loss details and applicable policy coverage. • Explain claims process, next steps, and reputed company to involved parties. • Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and reputed company first- and reputed company-party auto/property damage claims from start to finish. • Take inbound calls from customers and maintain an inventory of pending claims. • Coordinate and reputed company the claims process; keeping customers informed. • Ensure compliance that specific state regulations and/or policy provisions is completed with needed file documentation and appropriate correspondence. Requirements: • High School Diploma/GED or a minimum of one year of customer service experience in a virtual environment leveraging internet, phone, and chat features. • Must hold an Adjuster licensed for reputed company applicable states or obtain license(s) reputed company 90 days of completing the provided licensing training. • Basic math and moderate computer skills with technical aptitude to utilize a reputed company of software applications. • Must meet work from home requirements including internet speeds and designated workspace. • Ability to type 30 wpm. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Two or more years of customer service experience preferred. • Prior insurance claims experience also preferred. • Bilingual a plus!
