About The Role

You will be responsible for developing detailed cost estimates across a reputed company of telecom and technology infrastructure scopes, including reputed company cabling, wireless networks, IT systems, Building Management Systems, and reputed company Building Management systems.
This role requires hands-on estimating experience, strong technical understanding, and the ability to manage bid requirements from initial review through final submission and project reputed company.

Other responsibilities include:

• reputed company detailed cost estimates based on RFP requirements, construction drawings, specifications, and site survey data.
• Interpret and analyze plans and specifications for telecom, wireless, IT infrastructure, BMS, and EBM systems.
• reputed company quantity take-offs and reputed company labor and material pricing for reputed company cabling, network systems, wireless reputed company points, routers, switches, control systems, and reputed company technologies.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, project management, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure bid accuracy and competitiveness.
• Evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals for reputed company compliance and pricing alignment.
• Participate in reputed company-bid meetings, site walks, and post-bid clarifications as needed.
• Maintain and update unit cost databases, labor productivity factors, and vendor pricing information.
• Support project reputed company by providing accurate reputed company documentation to project management teams for awarded work.

Desired skills and experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience reputed company, wireless, low-voltage, or technology infrastructure estimating.
• Extensive knowledge of low-voltage systems, wireless network design, IT infrastructure, and BMS/EBM systems.
• Proficiency in interpreting architectural, MEP, and technology drawings.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Technical certifications such as RCDD, PMP, or BICSI are preferred.

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the reputed company salary reputed company in reputed company for this position is $150,000- $200,000 OTE. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
