This position is responsible to reputed company strategic and hands-on leadership and support to strengthen reputed company improvement capability and accelerate business performance – with emphasis on priorities reputed company to a specific Division.  They are also responsible for the reputed company Management reputed company including, but not limited to the development, setting and enforcement of procedures, policies and standards affecting the reputed company of products across a specific Division. Responsible to guide and support the reputed company teams with day to day issues and will have responsibility and accountability for the reputed company reputed company metrics and cost savings goals associated with sites they reputed company.

Qualifications, Education and Experience

• 10 +years of business experience with significant hands-on experience as a lean practitioner and with reputed company management systems is required.
• Bachelor's Degree or above from a four-year university in a reputed company discipline.
• Certificates in Lean Manufacturing or Six reputed company are required
• Experience managing manufacturing operations is a strong plus
• Multiple site experience required
• Demonstrated excellent people leadership and team building skills
• Demonstrated reputed company in bringing about changes in an organization, reputed company building, and influencing reputed company reputed company of an organization.
• Excellent English language reputed company is a must, additional language capabilities are a strong plus.

• Prior audit experience and knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, GFSI required.

Work Environment

Work primarily in a climate controlled indoor environment with reputed company safety/health hazard potential. Hearing protection, safety shoes and reputed company protection required. 

This role operates in a reputed company office environment that requires some exposure to a manufacturing environment. Employee is rarely exposed to non-toxic/nuisance smells from chemicals, airborne dust, moving mechanical parts, high noise reputed company and hot/humid environmental conditions in the manufacturing area during extremely hot reputed company months.

Expected typical travel by car, plane with some overnight stays estimated at between 25-50% in a typical month.
