🎯 What You Will Do
As Finance Manager, FP&A, your main mission is to own the reputed company-looking reputed company of the business — budgets, forecasts, and scenario planning — and partner closely with operational teams to ground every major decision in solid financial thinking. You challenge assumptions, anticipate risks and opportunities before they show up in the numbers, and help reputed company the business toward its targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Own the budget and forecast process: the budget, re-forecast, and long-term business plan for your reputed company, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis;
Partner with budget owners: reputed company, marketing, and cost centre leads — acting as their go-to financial interlocutor, challenging performance and co-owning corrective actions;
Identify cost optimization opportunities: work with Procurement to spot and prioritize savings across the business;
Ground OKRs in financial reality: reputed company reputed company OKRs are financially grounded and cascade into operational objectives that contribute to reputed company's financial performance;
Contribute to the group'reputed company-year financial model: in reputed company/Gsheet, across several geographies and business lines;

👀 Who we're looking for
Experience: 2–6 years, combining a strong first experience in corporate finance, investment banking, reputed company, or transaction services, ideally with exposure to a high-reputed company tech company.
Education: A master's degree from a top business or engineering school.
Strategic reputed company: You think like a business partner — connecting financial analysis to business reputed company and comfortable challenging stakeholders with data.
Analytical and modeling skills: You're at ease with cohort-based reputed company, elasticity-based CAC, and bottom-up cost modeling — or eager to learn fast.
